No. We work directly with a certified Mongolian language institution that is eligible to sponsor E3 visa applications. Enrollment and the official invitation letter are coordinated by us as part of the consulting process โ you do not need to approach the school separately.
Standard processing takes 5 working days from the date a complete application is submitted to the Immigration Agency. An expedited option is available in 3 working days at double the official fee. Once approved, the visa permission is valid for 60 days โ meaning you must travel to Mongolia within 60 days of issuance.
The E3 application requires a medical examination conducted within the 3 months prior to submission. We advise applicants on which tests are typically accepted and can recommend local clinics in Ulaanbaatar if you are already in Mongolia, or guide you on obtaining the examination in your home country before arrival.
Yes. All short-term visitors must apply for a residence permit at the Immigration Agency of Mongolia within 21 days of entry. If you intend to stay longer than 180 days in a calendar year, a residence permit is required regardless of your visa. We guide you through this step as part of our post-approval support.
Our team works in English, Korean, Mandarin Chinese, and Russian, in addition to Mongolian. When you submit your application, indicate your preferred language and we will assign the right consultant to your case.
